Our Degree Transfer Construction Management (Building) provides a pathway into a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours) at the University of Newcastle. Construction management graduates work in a range of leadership roles in the industry. This includes project management, contract management, quantity surveying, estimating, building surveying, building certification, facilities management, property development and WHS. Manage physical building and infrastructure projects either onsite or from an office.

In this Degree Transfer program, you will study the same curriculum as the Year 1 bachelor’s degree university students, and receive 80 credit points for the Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours). You will also study two Academic English units, which help you improve your English proficiency and academic skills.
Upon successful completion of the Degree Transfer Construction Management (Building) program, you will enter Year 2 of the Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours) at the University of Newcastle. The total study period of the Degree Transfer and the Bachelor plus Honours component is four years.
