Staff Benefits
Leave Entitlements
Annual Leave: Accrued at 26 days per year for full-time employees and pro-rata for part-time employees. This is 5 extra days of annual leave per year plus 1 day for birthday leave added into your annual leave accrual.
Parental Leave: 13 weeks paid leave for the primary carer and 5 days paid leave for the secondary carer.
Volunteer Leave: Up to 2 days paid time off each calendar year for permanent employees and pro-rata for part-time.
Study Leave: Study leave entitlements provide up to 4 days a year leave to balance study and work.

Sonder
Kaplan has partnered with Sonder, a Safety, Health, and Wellbeing provider, with access free of charge for Kaplan employees.
